HISTORY : Export and international marketing have been operating at the export dept. of Saipa Diesel Company since 1987.Self committed management along with highly efficient staff have made a dynamic team at this department to successfully penetrate new markets and sell over 2000 units of trucks in the past two decades. Commitment to training and customer satisfaction has been the key success factors for the export team at Saipa Diesel. The operations at the export department cover a vast variety of fields such as market research in target market, negotiation with customers, transportation of trucks to customer's destinations, training the staff as well as the dealers' personnel, offering after sales services for customers, attending exhibitions and seminars. Continual update of the export process is another designated task of the export team.

MARKETS: Saipa Diesel has exported trucks to the following markets. However, the target markets are not limited to the list below: Kuwait, Iraq,Turkmenistan, U.A.E, Syria.Yemen.Ethiopia,Sudan, Italy and Angola. Among these Kuwait and Iraq are the most attractive targets for Saipa Diesel as cultural affinity and geographical vicinity are among the determining factors of each market. Trucks benefiting from state of the art technology, short delivery time, Volvo Truck bolstered after sales services are the competencies of Saipa Diesel trucks for export.

STATISTICS: Although Saipa Diesel has been exporting trucks to various markets in the past two decades,2001 and 2007 stand out as the record years for export in the company history. In 2001, exporting 500 units of Volvo F12,6x4 tractor trucks and 50 units of trailers to Iraq won the award as The best exporter of the year for the company. Then in 2007 Saipa Diesel exported over 519 various types of Volvo trucks to Kuwait and about 80 units of trailers and tipping bodies to Iraq and Syria .In terms of value and profit,2007 has been a monumental year for export department as it set a new record in the company history.
